Healthcare 2007

Tim Bateman

Vice President, Lincoln Healthcare Events

The Yale SOM healthcare conference was on par with most of the industry conferences I have attended. I was very impressed with the students' ability to pull together a distinguished group of speakers and attendees, as well as handle the many logistics required to hold a top-notch event.

Matthew Donahue

Yale MBA Candidate 2007

My expertise is in education and I went to the conference because I wanted to learn more about the issues facing the Healthcare industry. Healthcare and education are the two largest industries in the U.S. and I believe that grappling with their inherent problems will in a large part determine the success of our country in the 21st century. After a day of informative panels and stimulating discussion I was struck about how much the two industries share in terms of problems, constituencies and potential solutions. I left that day full of new ideas and perspectives that continue to inform my thinking about both healthcare and education.
