WELCOME TO THE 19TH ANNUAL YALE HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE!

The Yale Healthcare Conference is a collaborative effort between Yale's Schools of Management, Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health. This annual student-led knowledge translation event brings together industry leaders, clinicians, and scholars to engage in meaningful discourse regarding today’s foremost healthcare issues, and opportunities for leadership, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
In recognition of the need to reassess the current role and future trajectory of leadership in the healthcare and life sciences industry, we are proud to share that the theme for this year's conference is:

STUDENT CO-CHAIRS

Jun Park, MPH '23
Jun is a second-year MPH student in healthcare management with a deep passion for promoting equity in healthcare access and helping health systems incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion in their care practices. He is also excited about the latest innovations in healthcare such as digital health, value-based care, and primary care transformation, and is looking forward to working with various stakeholders to ensure that all individuals can benefit from them. Outside the Yale Healthcare Conference, Jun enjoys exploring the latest restaurants around the city and traveling to new destinations whenever he can.
A second year in the three-year MBA/MPH, MiChaela’s endeavors prior to attending Yale were serving as a Coordinator within the Infant and Maternal Mortality space as well as being the owner of her small business, Melanin In Medicine. MiChaela’s passion for healthcare management and business stemmed from the desire to become a champion of healthcare equity and access whether it be within a hospital system or through entrepreneurial ventures. She is passionate about eliminating racial disparities within health outcomes, as well as improving health and financial literacy for underserved populations. When she is not busy as a student at Yale, MiChaela is performing as a singer, songwriter, and producer as Bella Reign, serving on the regional level of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated., practicing Spanish, and online shopping.
Grayson is a second-year MBA focused on healthcare strategy and management. In his past role as an analyst for an economic systems think tank, Grayson assessed economic systems across industries, but has always gravitated back towards healthcare as a space with some of most impactful organizational challenges to be addressed. Grayson hopes to focus on digital health and in particular how it can benefit substance use disorder treatment and healthy aging. In his free time, Grayson enjoys soccer, film criticism, and trying (and failing) to win the New Yorker Caption Contest.
