WHERE WILL THE 2024 CONFERENCE BE HELD?
The 2024 conference will take place in a hybrid format, with an in-person option at the Yale School of Management, Evans Hall (located at 165 Whitney Avenue in New Haven, CT), and a virtual option on Zoom.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
We encourage attendees to wear business professional or business casual attire.

I PLAN ON DRIVING TO THE CONFERENCE. WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking will be available for conference attendees. Parking details will be released in advance of the conference date.

IS THE YALE HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE APPROVED FOR ACHE CREDIT?
Yes! The event has been approved for 5.5 hours of Qualified Education. Please see details below:
As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Connecticut Association of Healthcare Executives is authorized to award a total of 5.5 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Qualified Education Credits are self-reporting credits. Attendees will self-report their credits using the link titled “My Education Credit” on their myACHE profile page.

Though not required for ACHE certification, we are also happy to provide attendance certificates for our participants who'd like one for their own records. Please email us at yalehealthcareconference@yale.edu to request a digital attendance certificate.

CAN PEOPLE REGISTER AT THE CONFERENCE?
YES! You can buy a ticket at the door on the day of conference.

I AM A YALE STUDENT. CAN I ACCESS A DISCOUNT CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Yale SOM students are encouraged to use their Enterprise Learning Credit (ELC) to cover the cost of the conference.

YSPH students are also encouraged to use their annual Conference Funding Reimbursement offered by SAYPH.

For all other Yale student discounts, we encourage you to reach out to your school's academic affairs office for more information regarding potential subsidies or discounts.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
There is no refunds to Yale Healthcare Conference Ticket.
