WHERE WILL THE 2022 CONFERENCE BE HELD?

The 2022 conference will take place in a hybrid format, with an in-person option at the Yale School of Management, Evans Hall (located at 165 Whitney Avenue in New Haven, CT), and a virtual option on Hopin.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

We encourage attendees to wear professional, business casual attire.

I PLAN ON DRIVING TO THE CONFERENCE.  WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking will be available for conference attendees.  Parking details will be released in advance of the conference date. 

WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO ENSURE THE CONFERENCE IS SAFE FOR ALL ATTENDEES?

The Yale Healthcare Conference is thrilled to resume an in-person format this April, and is working closely with Yale administration to implement safety measures, including:

  • Limiting non-Yale attendance to only those community members who vaccinated and boosted

  • Requiring masking with KN95, N95, or surgical masks

  • Serving only individually packaged foods

  • Utilizing Evans Hall's beautiful outdoor courtyard for eating and drinking (weather permitting)

IS THE YALE HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE APPROVED FOR ACHE CREDIT?

Yes! The event has been approved for 5.5 hours of Qualified Education. See details below:

As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Connecticut Association of Healthcare Executives is authorized to award a total of 5.5 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Qualified Education Credits are self-reporting credits. Attendees will self-report their credits using the link titled “My Education Credit” on their myACHE profile page.

I AM A YALE STUDENT. CAN I ACCESS A DISCOUNT CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

  • Yale SOM students are encouraged to use their ELC credits to cover the cost of the conference

  • Through the generous support of YSPH, the first 50 public health students can get $10 off the early bird price with a discount code that has been circulated via email

  • Through the generous support of YSM, medical students have a custom discount for $10 off the early bird price
